In this Episode I sit down with Kenny Dusseault, strength and conditioning coach. Join us as we discuss the importance of the strength and conditioning process, Kenny's personal journey to becoming a coach, his four principles and how they impact the athletes, how parents can help their child development, how to view recovery after an injury, and so much more. DONT MISS THIS ONE :)
Kenny has been involved in the strength and conditioning industry for over 12 years. From coaching powerlifting as a high school student to assisting with the training of multiple school teams and athletes throughout his University years, to jobs now working with athletes of all ages and levels, all the way up to professional athletes in football, hockey, boxing and Mixed Martial Arts, Kenny has truly been a lifelong coach.
He started Coach Dusseault Conditioning in 2019, began hosting The Elite Development Podcast in 2020 and finally opened his first elite performance facility in early 2021. Through it all his focus is to provide a human focused approach to strength and conditioning for every athlete he has the opportunity to work with. He does this through his four coaching keys;
Open communication
Accountability
Constant evolution
Collaboration
